The Korea Legislation Research Institute Journal of Law and Legislation (KJLL), a Korea Citation Index(KCI)-registered journal, is published by Korea Legislation Research Institute(KLRI), the Korean government-funded national research institute. The KJLL aims to provide a forum of vibrant academic discussion and timely comparative analysis on the global laws and legislations. The KJLL is published biannually and distributed to a wide readership in order to support legal scholarship and practice around the world. The KJLL (Vol.16 No.2) is currently accepting manuscripts from legal scholars, researchers, practitioners, and government officials.
