ALIN will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

General
- ALIN collects personal information when you register with ALIN, when you use ALIN service, when you visit ALIN pages or the pages of certain ALIN Partners. ALIN may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from ALIN Partners.
- When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address and organization. We may also ask for your telephone number, organization, and position about your assets to be an Associate Member. Once you register with ALIN and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
- ALIN collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our ALIN Partners, including information about your use of services that we offer.
- ALIN automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, ALIN cookie information, and the page you request.
- ALIN uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for informations and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external Partners.

IP Addresses
- ALIN and some Partners web sites collect technical information about your session (such as browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, number of clicks, domain name and country/state). This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site and track site usage.

Personal Information Collected From Site members
- ALIN web site offers visitors the ability to read and save some information content displayed by ALIN and ALIN Partners. Visitors can also sign up as the Individual Members for Members Resources and services online. From time to time we also offer surveys and contests, and you can register for these. In order to complete the registration as the Associate Members for Partners Resources, you may be asked to provide contact information (such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone numbers) and be authenticated your registration(such as ID, password) from your organization administrator.
- Finally, you may be asked to disclose personal information to us so that we can provide assistance and information to you. For example, we may collect personal information from you (such as an e-mail address, telephone number and fax number) in order to provide forum, online technical support and troubleshooting.
- The information collected from you is used by ALIN and our Partners to deliver the requested information content, enable participation in forums, and facilitate your relationship with us. Resources collected from you is used only to view our members or guests for services that you have open to the members or guests. We may also use your information to send you information about other ALIN news and services as well as promotional material that may be of interest to you from some of our Partners.

Changes to Our Policies
- From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this privacy statement. If our information practices change, we will highlight the policy changes, and we will provide customers with the opportunity to opt out of the new data uses.
