New Arrival of ILI Publication: Book on Indian Legal System
The Indian Law Institute has brought out second [revised and updated] edition of book titled "Indian Legal System". The book, first published in 1978 was intended to provide information on different branches of Indian Law, viz. Constitutional Law, Legal Education, Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Administrative Law, Labour Law, Law of Taxation, Commercial Law, Property Law, Torts Law, Family Law, Law of Taxation etc. etc. The present revised edition gives the current position on each branch of law so that they may be of much use to the members of the legal fraternity and law students. The book has been revised and updated by a team of ILI faculty. Ms. Lisa P.Lukose, Assistant Professor compiled and edited the material. Mr. R.K.Anand, M.P., Sr. Advocate/ Vice President of ILI released the book on 30.5.2006 in the Indian Law Institute.
